Virginie GROB was a QSE manager for 15 years, initially with ALSTOM and then with AREVA. Currently, she is training the QSE managers of tomorrow. Her mission is to sensitize managers from all departments to the techniques of piloting and improving performance. 

She teaches in universities as well as in several prominent training organizations. She helps companies obtain their ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 et QUALIOPI certificates. She is also an auditor for the ISO 9001 and QUALIOPI certificates.

Gilles MOTET is a Professor at the National Institute in Applied Sciences (INSA), University of Toulouse (France). Since 2017, he is the Director of the development of “Safety Engineering & Management” online platform seamonline.insa-toulouse.fr. Since 2007, he is the Head of “Safety Engineering & Management”, a one-year Advanced Master. He was the Scientific Director of the Foundation for an Industrial Safety Culture (Foncsi), a public interest research foundation (2005-2015).

Previously, he was the Director of a research laboratory at INSA Toulouse, France. He was one of the French experts in charge of the development of the ISO 31000 standard.
