Unsubscribe from SEAMOnLine

We respect the data protection of every citizen in compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDRP).

For this reason, we have limited the data requested to that required, we keep it only for as long as necessary, we anonymise it when possible, and we take care to restrict access to it.

With this in mind, we authorise you to delete your account on our platform at any time. It will result in the deletion of all your data.


In order for you to make an informed decision, we would like to confirm that all your data will be deleted, permanently, without any possibility of restoration.

This data includes, but is not limited to,

  • data supplied when you registered (surname, first name, e-mail address, town, etc.)
  • data created during your training: units taken, progress in them, grades obtained (quiz results), diploma registration information, etc.

Please note: the PDF files of your certificates or diplomas will also be deleted. It will no longer be possible to verify your successes using their identification numbers on our platform.

You should therefore save your data if you wish. However, they cannot be restored in SEAMOnLine at a later date.

The INSA only keeps your diploma examination result (pass or fail).

Procedure for backing up data

We advise you to save the PDF files of your certificates or diploma as a priority.

To save other data, log in to your SEAMOnLine account.

Select your name in the top right-hand corner, then "View profile".

Then click on the "More" tab and "Export all of my personal data". Finally, click on "Save".

You can add a comment to your request, which must be approved by the Manager.

Unsubscribe procedure

In order for us to be sure that you are the person requesting the deletion of your account, you must make this request via the SEAMOnLine platform as described below. We will not take into consideration e-mails, letters, etc. sent to a site administrator.

To unsubscribe, log into your SEAMOnLine account.

  • Select your name in the top right-hand corner and then "View profile".
  • Then click on the "More" tab and "Delete my account".
  • A comment can be added.
  • Finally, click on "Save".
A platform administrator will then be informed of your request and will delete your account as soon as possible.
